I am currently creating RFM segmentation for our database in Klaviyo and came across these two metrics: Fulfilled Order Value and Revenue. Does anyone know, how to properly segment this case? Imagine a segment: Someone has fulfilled order at least once in the last 60 days and you need to know, how much this person actually paid. Should I use the FOV or Revenue metrics, which are integrated from Shopify? What is the difference between these two?
