Branded sending domain verified but Activate button disabled

Question

Hi, I set up a branded sending domain (send.twentyonecannabis.com) using the NS records Klaviyo gave me. It shows Verified, but the Activate button is disabled. Hovering it says: "Your branded sending domain cannot be activated. Please contact support if you need to activate this domain." We're on the free plan so email support and live chat aren't available, and the virtual assistant can't activate it. Could someone from the Klaviyo team activate it or tell me what's blocking it? Thanks.

Hi ​@danielpena,Thank you for reaching out!I understand that your branded sending domain, send.twentyonecannabis.com, shows as verified, but the Activate button remains greyed out.As the next troubleshooting step, please:Go to Settings > Domains in Klaviyo.Remove send.twentyonecannabis.com from Klaviyo.Do not remove or change the existing DNS records in your DNS Provider.Add send.twentyonecannabis.com again as a Marketing domain using Dynamic routing.Once it shows as verified, try activating it again.If the domain still cannot be activated, or you receive a “domain already exists” error, please let me know and we can investigate further.Temi@Klaviyo
