If you want my money you should fix your system. cant upgrade my plan, and can not even talk to support because i need to upgrade to talk to them. so i need to post it here.

I understand you're trying to complete your subscription payment but are running into an error asking you to provide a VAT ID or indicate that you don’t have one, even though you’ve already attempted to enter your Norway VAT number. From your screenshot, it appears that you have both the VAT number entered, and the checkbox selected for “I don't have a value-added tax (VAT) or goods and services tax (GST number).”

Please try saving your VAT ID again, without the checkbox selected. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the VAT number. 

If you're still seeing the error:

  • Try unchecking “use same address as organization” during checkout and re-entering your billing details manually
  • Clear your browser cache or try a different browser
