Whose Idea Was to move button 'Replace image' behind 3 dots? One of the most used buttons in editor.

Whoever's idea that was, it definitely wasn't a designer's. My guess is that it was the AI team pushing AI features, and they thought, "We don't really need the ‘Replace Image’ button."

It was an incredibly poor decision.

Klavio, when you're making changes to the editor, which is primarily used by designers, why not consult the people who actually use it before making those changes?

Just zero logic in putting the most clicked button in the editor behind the 3 dot settings.. waste of clicks, and no one’s using the remix anyway.

absolutely… it seems like they are forcing us to use AI… thank for the support. I hope Klaviyo will see this…

Adding my +1 here. "Replace image" is one of the most-used actions in the editor, and hiding it behind the 3 dots adds a click to something we do dozens of times per build. If the goal was to surface the AI/remix stuff, fine, but not at the cost of a core action. Please make it configurable or pin it back to the toolbar. 🙏

Absolutely adding friction to get people to do their ‘editing’ with remix to then charge more $ for AI/Composer features.

Please check Klaviyo crazy support answer, after I have sent them screen shot of 10 designers complaining about this, they are ridiculous:

Hi there,

Thank you so much for sharing this, and for being such long-time power users of Klaviyo. I hear you on how impactful this change is for designers, and I’ve added your follow-up comments to the existing feedback so our Editor team sees the context and strength of your perspective. While I can’t guarantee that the UI will be reverted, our product teams actively prioritise based on how many customers share similar feedback, so I’d really encourage you and your team to keep flagging this via support tickets or in-app feedback whenever it affects your workflows. This helps us better advocate for changes that matter most!

Let me know if you need anything further!

Best,
Stephanie at Klaviyo Support
