Hi,

My aim is to see a customers lifetime value based on the first product they bought. if a customers first purchase with us was from clothing - what is their lifetime value.

granular is even better for some cases - eg if the first purchased item contained words “suzy D”, what is their historic CLV.

I have made segments and exported data based on if a customer has purchased clothing, but where i am struggling is i want that segment to only show customers whos FIRST purchase was clothing, as opposed to ANY clothing purchase.

Is this possible to do with klayvio?

Hey @armedandgorgeous,

That’s a good question! At this time, we are unable to create segments that isolates the first time a person recorded an event, if they’ve recorded that same event multiple times. That being said, I see how this would be useful, and I’m happy to reach out to our product team and recommend we implement this in the future.
