Emails with Gray Boxes?

Has anyone dealt with emails that look like this? Gray boxes where the line breaks are & odd hyperlinked CTAs? Seems to only happen to one person on our team who is using the latest Mac & iOS — emails are being opened in outlook.

Hey @eeBoo

Thank you so much for coming to the Klaviyo Community for help!

Outlook sometimes skews HTML emails because all versions since Outlook 2007 use Microsoft Word to render HTML/CSS. Because of this, an email display may look slightly off in newer versions of Outlook from what you initially design and preview in Klaviyo.
