I recently had a request come in to produce a report on Soft Bounce Rate and Hard Bounce Rate. We are looking for a report of these metrics per campaign, per flow, and over a 6 month timeframe for the account as a whole.
What is the best way to extract this data from Klaviyo?

A great way to gain insight into your campaign and flow bounces is through a Campaign/Flow Performance Report which you can build within your Custom reports view.
Once there you can select either a “Flows Performance Report” or a “Campaign Performance Report”
You can then filter your “standard campaign/flow metrics” to exclusively “Email Bounce Rate” if that’s the only thing you’re interested in seeing.
You’ll be able to define conversion metrics and group the data a bunch of different ways too. For your scenario I’d recommend grouping by Campaign/Flow so you can see a granular view of each respective communications bounce rates.
Once that’s set up just make sure to set the Timeframe to the 6 month window you’re looking to target and Klaviyo will handle the rest and generate the reports for you.
