I’ve been running separate popups for desktop and mobile. The offer is always the same: 10%.
However, the gap between the submit rates is huge. Desktop has never been above 1.5%, while mobile is usually around 6%.
About two years ago, our desktop submit rate dropped significantly from around 3.5% to 1%, or even below 1%. Since then, I’ve tested everything: design, placement, time delay, etc., but nothing has helped.
Mobile collects SMS subscribers, while desktop collects email subscribers. I also reached out to support, but they don’t see any issues on their side.
Has anyone had a similar experience or found a way to solve this?
