I have emails with clicks, but opens aren't tracked

Hi everyone, 

I have emails with clicks, but the opens are NOT recorded. I’ve reached out to support. They told me to move the tracking pixel from bottom of the email to above the email. But it’s been 24 hours and it’s still the same. 

I’ve checked those who clicked on it. It says it’s not from bot clicks or machine opens, so it’s legit click from a real user. I’ve also checked my email placement via GMass. It’s landing in the inbox. Hope you could help!

When the opens aren’t recorded and my open rates are going down. I need to open more flows. If opens are not reflecting the real number, I couldn’t scale my sends. So I really need to resolve this issue now.

Moving the tracking pixel to the top of the email is definitely a potential solution to the issue of opens not being recorded while clicks are. That being said, if you’re still seeing this behavior, it could be attributed to certain inboxes not loading or blocking images. The tracking pixel is a tiny image, and if an inbox doesn’t load images, then the tracking pixel won’t load, and an open may not be recorded. I’d recommend continuing to work with our support team, as they can access your account and work to provide more insight into what may be happening in your situation. Let us know if they pinpoint an exact reason, so anybody who stumbles upon this thread in the future can learn from this!
