Hi! I currently use Fivetran and pull this down. We use the Events table and Metrics table to pull in the correct metrics. To view your metrics in your account, go to Analytics > Metrics on the right-hand side (pictured first below) of your Klaviyo menu then when you click on a specific metric, you’ll see the format https://www.klaviyo.com/metric/ followed by the 6 letter metric ID.
I’ve personally put in a roadmap request to make a campaign table that has all of the metrics rolled up to the campaign level. You can do the same through your rep and they may be able to add it to the road map if enough people request it.
There are also outside companies that do this kind of work that I put below:
Hi @basting ! Thank you for reaching out to the Community.
Another option here would be to utilize our custom reporting, and create a Campaign Performance Report. In this report, you can include Open Rate, Click Rate, Placed Order Revenue, etc. and you can filter by Campaign.
I hope this helps, and let me know if you have any questions!

Hi @zach.scheimer, thank you for the detailed response and guidance. Do you think it is possible to get a campaign level metrics as well with this data? Is there a link from the campaign table to the events, which could be aggregated using the info from the metrics table? My objective is to get the performance metrics (click rate & others) of each and every Klaviyo campaign, so users could compare which campaign worked better than others.
Hi @basting - currently, Klaviyo sends only the events table to Fivetran. I’ve had conversations with both Polar Analytics and Funnel and they are able to do the summary table on the campaign level without the user doing any work (I believe Triple Whale does that same thing). We summarize the events table from Fivetran to get to campaign-level reporting. You can manually pull through Klaviyo as another commenter mentioned as well.
Your Klaviyo rep is a good place to put in a feature request. Putting in a request for campaign-level Fivetran (or other similar platform) data is something that I’ve put in with my rep as well.
