I am wanting to know if there is a way to pull our customers to understand if they have moved from converting on campaigns to converting on flows and also be able to break this out by new vs returning customers. Would be helpful to see how they move and interact with emails.

Klaviyo can help you get close, but there isn’t currently a single native report that shows whether customers shifted from converting on campaigns to converting on flows, while also breaking that out by new vs. returning customers. Klaviyo’s Custom Reports can show campaign and flow performance separately, and the Metrics page can show new vs. returning conversion behavior, but those views aren’t combined into one report today.
If you want the closest native approach:
- build a Campaign Performance Report
- build a Flow Performance Report
- then use Metrics for Placed Order / Added to Cart / Started Checkout with the New / Returning filter
- export those CSVs and compare externally.
If you are looking for a true customer movement/journey analysis that would require external analytics and custom reporting outside Klaviyo.
