I’m sure this has been asked a million times before however I could not find an answer that works.

I’m using latest version of Shopify
I’m using latest version of Dawn Theme (15.4.0)

I’ve got Klaviyo working sort of….

VIEWED COLLECTION = works with the green Shopify bag icon
ADD TO CART = works with the green Shopify bag icon

However, what I cannot get VIEWED PRODUCT or AD TO CART with the little dark GEAR icon.

The only time those work is I use a different browser and add“?utm_email=learning@gmail.com” after the domain URL then go view a product or add to cart.

What am I missing?
