Shopify merchants: would you trust a diagnosis based on 3 anonymized screenshots?
I'm trying to understand how much data is actually needed to diagnose a repeat-purchase / win-back problem in a Shopify + Klaviyo store.
Suppose a store has plenty of one-time buyers but isn't sure which customers were realistically recoverable.
Instead of asking for store access, imagine reviewing only:
1. an anonymized flow trigger + filters screenshot
2. an anonymized customer event/activity timeline
3. relevant flow or cohort analytics
No customer names.
No email addresses.
No Shopify/Klaviyo login.
No production access.
For merchants or in-house retention/CRM operators:
Would you be comfortable sharing something like this with an outside analyst if you had a real retention problem?
If not, what would stop you — privacy, trust, effort, or simply not enough value?
I'm specifically interested in merchant/operator perspectives.
