Hi everyone,
I'm currently setting up the email infrastructure for my new store, Okaystickers. . We specialize in custom vinyl stickers, and one of our biggest operational challenges is handling customer-uploaded artwork that isn't print-ready (low resolution or wrong format).
I’m curious how other merchants in the "Customized Goods" niche are using Klaviyo to automate this.
Here is the workflow I’m currently testing:
-
Trigger: Order placed.
-
Conditional Split: Check if the "Artwork Approved" tag (from our Shopify app) is false.
-
Action: Send a dedicated "Action Required: High-Res File Needed" email with specific instructions on vector formats.
My question to the community: Have any of you tried using Dynamic Image Blocks to show the low-res preview directly in the Klaviyo email to create a visual "proof"? I want to reduce the back-and-forth friction as much as possible before we hit the printer.
Would love to hear your thoughts or if there's a specific flow template you'd recommend for this!
Best, The Okaystickers Team
