That is weird. 

Try adjusting the probabilities so multiple slices have a value greater than 0. For example:

• Prize 1 → 80%

• Prize 2 → 10%

• Prize 3 → 5%

• Prize 4 → 3%

• Prize 5 → 1%

• Prize 6 → 1%

Since only one reward is set to 100% probability and all others are 0%, maybe Klaviyo already knows the outcome before the wheel animation runs. maybe because of that, the form can skip the visual spin and move straight to the result state. (but i am not 100% sure if that’s the case)

One more thing worth testing. Open the form on your site in an incognito window, Or clear your browser cache and cookies.
