Question

Why the wheel doesn't spin when I click button? When I enter my email address and click the spin button, it shows loading or buffering like icon and shows next step. The wheel does not spin.

There are 6 offers in the wheel while only one is set to be the final offer with 100% probability and other with 0% probability.

Hi ​@suyogp,It’s not possible to design spin-to-win forms that always land on one outcome. Each slice of the wheel needs to have at least a 1% probability of being landed on, as the purpose of this feature is to give site visitors a chance to spin for multiple possible outcomes.Let me know if this answers your question!

Hey ​@suyogpThat is weird.Try adjusting the probabilities so multiple slices have a value greater than 0. For example:Prize 1 → 80%Prize 2 → 10%Prize 3 → 5%Prize 4 → 3%Prize 5 → 1%Prize 6 → 1%Sinceonly one reward is set to 100% probability and all others are 0%, maybe Klaviyo already knows the outcome before the wheel animation runs. maybe because of that,the form can skip the visual spin and move straight to the result state. (but i am not 100% sure if that’s the case)One more thing worth testing. Open the form on your site in an incognito window, Or clear your browser cache and cookies.I hope this helps and thank you for sharing your question here in the community.
