Are the consent timestamps for email, sms, push on Klaviyo Profiles fairly stable?

Do these change every time a consent form is submitted or do they retain the first time that the person consented?

Hi @stevenwithnorby – thanks for posting your question! Consent timestamps for email, sms, and push on Klaviyo are stable. The only thing that would change a consent timestamp is if someone were to unsubscribe from that method of communication and then resubscribe. If a person resent a consent form for SMS but were already consented for email, their original email timestamp would stand. I hope that helps!
