Until very recently, in Link Activity I could see a visual click map of where customers were clicking and to what % within my campaign:

Campaign > Link Activity > [choose between List or Visual]

In the last week this has disappeared. Does anyone know how to get this back as it is hugely useful!

I have already tried logging in to Klaviyo on different browsers to see if this is a cache issue and am getting the same issue across Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

TIA

Hey there! You’re right. That feature seems to be unavailable now. I’m wondering if they’re either moving it or upgrading it in a future release. I was unable to find any documentation about it’s removal either. Hopefully someone else can chime in.

FWIW, I didn’t find it very helpful especially since it “grouped” similar links (ie: if you have website.com as the link in your header and footer, it would show 80% for both, vs making them mutually exclusive).

But I hope it comes back for you!

Hey, thanks for confirming it’s not just me!

The grouped percentages were a bit unhelpful (I know you can add parameters to differentiate if you really want) but it would at least give a good overall impression of how links have performed. Plus, I use the percentages within my reports so I need them back ideally.

I am also very visual so to just see a list of URLs isn’t all that helpful for me, whereas a click map is.

Hopefully someone from Klaviyo can weigh in on where this has gone and when it’s coming back.

Hi @bea_r_l !

This feature was temporarily removed by Klaviyo but has since been re-instated, so you should be seeing it back in your account!

You’re right, it is back - thanks very much!
