When is a customer actually worth a win-back offer?
One distinction I'm exploring is the difference between being overdue and being worth a win-back investment.
For a repeat-purchase product, I would check:
1. Expected product-level reorder timing
2. Previous order frequency
3. Customer value and contribution margin
4. Recent engagement
5. Discount dependence
6. Subscription, refund and suppression status
My first step would be to check whether existing Klaviyo segments and flows already support these decisions.
If they do, a separate prioritization process may add little value.
For operators managing real Shopify stores:
Which of these checks are already part of your current workflow, and which still require manual judgment?
