Hey, so I’m working with this new client. And this client does live events and the booking happens through Eventbrite. Now, the problem is that I can’t see the "placed order" option in the dashboard. In fact, there is no other option other than "active on site". Why so?
Could you confirm that the placed order metric is installed on the site? It would only pull metrics that are coming through for whatever integration might be running. Once you confirm the integration is properly set up + the placed order metric is installed, then we can troubleshoot if we should or should not see it.
