Retention Marketing Managers (3+ Years Experience):
- Oversee the strategy for multiple clients in the beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle industries. This includes strategies for email, sms, loyalty programs, pop-ups, etc.
- Monitor each client’s account to make sure they have a healthy delivery, open rate, click thru rate, and are meeting their individual KPIs.
- Manage tasks for each client.
- Oversees a Retention Marketing Specialist.
- Coordinates with designers to see through the completion of email campaign designs.
- Dives into monthly analytics to make recommendations for your clients.
- Reports to the Associate Director of Retention Marketing and works with the entire Retention Marketing Team to collaborate on new initiatives and creative strategies.
While Retention Marketing Associates (1+ Years Experience)
- Is primarily responsible for the development of email campaigns for our clients. You’ll build, test, proof, and schedule email and SMS campaigns on a daily basis.
- Reports to a Retention Marketing Manager and assists them with executing email, sms, and other marketing strategies.
- Helps pull weekly reports and discuss key insights with the team.
- Sends campaigns to clients for approval and submitting revisions.
- Writes email briefs and recommends content marketing strategies to clients.
