Introducing BFCM Office Hours with Klaviyo Champions
BFCM planning can get overwhelming fast. Between campaign calendars, list growth, segmentation, flows, deliverability, offers, and reporting, it is not always obvious what deserves your attention first—or whether the plan you have will actually hold up once sending volume increases.
That is why we are launching BFCM Office Hours with Klaviyo Champions, a new series of small-group working sessions designed to help you solve the challenge that is actually in front of you.
These are not webinars. There are no slides or formal presentations.
Instead, you will submit your question or challenge when you request a seat. We will group you with a small number of other members working through similar issues, and experienced Klaviyo Community Champions will help you talk through the problem, pressure-test your approach, and identify practical next steps.

Sessions will cover topics including:

You do not need to have a polished strategy or perfectly organized account. You just need a specific question, decision, or setup you would like help working through.
How it works
- Choose the session that best matches your challenge. (Right now, we only have one posted, but more to come soon!)
- Submit a request and tell us what you need help with.
- The Community team will review submissions and group members with similar questions.
- Confirmed attendees will receive their assigned time and joining details.
- Join the session ready to discuss your challenge and share your screen when helpful.
Each session is intentionally limited to a small number of participants so the conversation can stay focused and useful. Submitting the form is a request for a seat and does not guarantee confirmation. Recordings will only be available to registered attendees.
