Description
The successful candidate will be a creative and dynamic email marketer who will be responsible for managing and building the overall email marketing strategy and generating incremental revenue through email marketing initiatives.
This position will take the lead in:
• Managing and building the email marketing strategy
• Designing and implementing email marketing campaigns to drive business goals
• Determining email marketing KPIs
• Analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements
• Identifying target audiences and growing our email list
• Segmenting lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
• Ensuring emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Developing documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
• Driving re-engagement via promotional, transactional, lifecycle, re-engagement, and triggered campaigns
• Working with key stakeholders to propose email strategy for elevating the mobile app experiences driving incremental sales
• Working closely with team members on all email marketing strategies across all channels
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing with 3+ years’ experience in Email Marketing (DTC experience preferred); or combined experience and education
• Knowledge of performance metrics, preferably experience working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
• Experience with A/B testing of emails
• Experience with Klaviyo a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-departmentally
• HTML knowledge
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently
• Comfortable working with customer databases, segmentation, and list pulling
• Position can be fully remote
