Hi there,

since I am regularly offering Masterclasses, my clients and subscribers keep asking if I could add the calendar entries for Google calendar or Apple calendar directly into the email, so they can easily and by one click import them into their own calenders.

Is there a function existing with which I would be able to create such calendar entries in Klaviyo camapaigns? I love that feature myself, when I receive a confirmation of an event….

Thank you!

Hello @nadja

You can achieve this in Klaviyo by creating a calendar event link. Use a tool like Google Calendar or a third-party service to generate an .ics file for your event. Upload this file to your Klaviyo campaign as a clickable link or host it on a cloud service, then include the link in your email. Subscribers can download and add the event to their calendars with one click. This approach works seamlessly for both Google and Apple calendars.

Hi @nadja

Thank you for posting in the Community!

Adding calendar entries to your Klaviyo campaigns is a great way to provide convenience for your clients and subscribers. While Klaviyo doesn’t have a built-in feature to generate calendar events, you can easily create and add calendar entries for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and other platforms by using the following software:

Hope that helps! :-)

Klaviyo don’t have any built-in fucntion to support it but you might need to use some 3rd party integration to achieve it.

Yes, you can add calendar entries to Klaviyo campaigns by creating an .ics file for your event (compatible with Google and Apple calendars). Upload the .ics file to a hosting service (e.g., Dropbox or your website), and include the download link in your email. This allows recipients to import the event into their calendars with one click.

Hi @nadja

Did you get this solved? :-)
