i am trying to make flow where trigger will be customer registration on shopware site.What is procedure to make trigger or i have to program and what acctually need to do in program?

it does not seem like a specific Shopware event will be fired for customer registration action. It might need to be custom-ly implemented on top of Shopware using Klaviyo APIs as described here https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/custom_integration_faqs
You will need to fire a single custom event before it becomes an option for the flow trigger.
