Customised consent pages not showing up

Hi,

 

I was revisiting my sign up forms, consent and subscription pages and saw that some that I customised on the settings section were turning up and some aren’t.

More specifically I am interested in having the Confirmation Page and the Success Page turning up the way I customised it but when the email arrives it is completely different.

If anyone has an idea of how to fix this please let me know.

Hey there!

Sometimes your specific list it is attached to may have their own preference pages defined vs your global settings.

I’d go into your list, click subscribe and preferences pages and check there. It may have it’s own set there that needs be to be changed.
