Hi

I have four lists for events that are happening on a defined date. The data is populating the various lists via API.

What I need to do is send an 8 email journey pre-event. My issue is that people will obviously sign up at different times but I still want to deliver all the pre-event emails before that defined date in the future.

Is the only way to do this to clone the flow and start a new one each week with different time delays between the emails?

Thanks in advance

Sean

Hi @BROC!

At this time, it’s not possible to schedule flow messages for a certain date, as my colleague Stephen explains more thoroughly here:

However, if you had predetermined dates in mind, it might be best to opt for Campaigns, which you can schedule for a specific date:

Per the above Community thread, there was a Product Request submitted for the feature of allowing specific date-scheduling within flows, so I will update the thread if there are any updates there.

Thanks for using the Community!
