Hi Guys,

I have no idea what this means and have been googling to try and find out what i need to do.

I got this notification in klayvio about a public API key and i’m not sure how to sort it.

Any help would be great!

A custom integration is sending data into your Klaviyo account, but it’s using an old revision that’s about to be retired.

You need to find the webhook and update it to the latest stable version.

I’m sorry i’m new and have no idea what this means or how to find it!

Can you help by any chance? Anything would be so helpful!

There are a few hings you can check that *might* be able to tell you where it’s coming from, but since it’s a custom integration, it really could be placed anywhere from someone else previously.

First, go to Metrics on the left-hand side. Then click the “All integrations” dropdown box and select “API” to filter for only those events.

Hopefully whoever created the integration named it something relevant like “Gravity Forms Reviews” so you know where to go look. (In this wildly random example, you’d go searching your website for a Gravity Form that collects reviews and sends them to Klaviyo.)

Next, you can check your API keys. Again, maybe someone named them relevantly. You can see mine here. I know exactly where to look if anything ever goes wrong.

Finally, you can click on your account name in the bottom-left corner, and select Integrations. Once you’re on that screen, click on the “Developers” dropdown box and select “Developer tools”.

From there, you can look for the box that says “API revisions” and click”View details”.

And there you should hopefully see the Deprecated API as well as the source.

If there’s nothing listed in the Source column, you’re kind of screwed. You’ll have to look at the other data in the table to try guess where the webhook could be coming from.

@Lara Iskowicz I checked this over the weekend, and the problem seems to have been resolved. . .and I heard it was for others too. The API section on the Developers page now shows that there are zero deprecated APIs. It used to show that there were three. You might want to log in to see if your errors are gone now too.

@SSATTLER , oh my. Thank goodness for that because I geniunely still was lost on what to do! All errors gone, hope yours are too!
