Looking for someone to help me with an API

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

I am looking to create a flow which triggers on a submission of a form, this form will update information for one profile at a time. The flow needs to begin immediately on the Klaviyo form submission and I need to have the ability for profiles to go through this flow an endless amount of times. (basically every time this form is submitted on their behalf and their information is updated. Typeform is not good enough, it is not immediate.

Can someone help me, please?

Hi @mari17,

Check out Metric-based flows! https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003057151

You can setup an API call (track endpoint) to trigger a new event for each profile, and the flow will pick it up and message them accordingly.

Your scenario sounds very similar to a cart-confirmation email which is one of the main use cases for metric-based flows.

I’m rather busy at the moment so I can’t give you step-by-step instructions, but I saw your post and I’m sure metric-based flows are the way to go.

Cheers,

Kevin.

Hey @mari17,

Adding to @KeviSunshine’s great points, my colleague, @Taylor Tarpley actually explained and provided additional resources that may be helpful to take a look. I’ve included the post below:

If you were looking for more hands-on assistance using our API, I would suggest reaching out to some of our highly skilled Klaviyo Partners or working alongside your own developer.

I hope this helps!

Hey @David To

Yes I will need some assisting setting this up. However I have tried connecting to a partner a few times now but have had zero response. I am not getting any luck with your partner program is seems. Am I doing something wrong?

Hey @mari17,

Outside of connecting to our Partners via the form we have on those websites, you can also attempt to contact those Partners via their own direct website. I would also keep in mind that our Partners are highly active as well and may take some time to get back to you!
