I have connected Lists and I have a Pop up Welcome set up and working for my ShopWired e-commerce site set up via API’s within the site.

I am now working on a Check Out Abandonment Email Series and No metrics are found.  Help what should I do next?  Do I need to add trigger filters. How do I check my site is set up for this?

Thank you ☺️

Hi @Bits4Hair!

Are there any other indications that the integration is working? For example, are there profiles and other events being sent into Klaviyo from ShopWired, or is there not exchange of data there?

Just trying to figure out if the issue is with the integration, or the Abandoned Checkout flow specifically.

Typically Abandoned Checkout flows are triggered by the Started Checkout or Added to Cart metric, so I would look through the following guides to make sure your events look correct:

Additionally, the events could not be occurring because either the Klaviyo javascript isn’t active on the product pages, or the profiles you’re testing with haven’t been cookied/identified. Here are some resources to learn about those two potential causes:

Best,
Brian
