I'm so glad you found this group. I'm Ziad, Sr. Program Manager for Scaled Success here at Klaviyo.
Before this role, I spent years as a corporate trainer and facilitator in adult learning, helping teams adopt new systems, new processes, and new technologies they'd never touched before. That work taught me something I still lean on every day: people don't resist change, they resist confusion. Give someone a clear path and a reason it matters to them, and they'll run with it.
I brought that same approach to Klaviyo, where I started as Customer Education Specialist focusing on our entrepreneur customers. Watching a small business owner go from "I don't get email marketing" to building their own flows was the best part of my job. It's also why I moved into program management: I wanted to build that same impact at scale.
