Hi there I’m adding subscribers to my list through Scoreapp and I want the list to show their overall score tier so that I can then email them based on their results. Even though I’ve created new fields they’re not showing up in the list so I’m not sure how to segment them. Thanks Karen

Hello, I just logged into Klaviyo and all the sign up forms have disappeared from the sign up forms dashboard. (I am the only user at the moment). I have just made a new test form and published it live. Still it doesn’t show. Has this ever happened to you guys? It’s scary, we work so much to set up all these forms etc. and suddenly the platform doesn’t display them…

Every entrepreneur faces roadblocks that test their creativity and determination. Whether it’s fierce competition or a campaign that falls flat, those moments can define how we grow. When I was running my salon there were a number of moments, especially at the beginning, where I thought my efforts to promote my team of stylists hadn’t paid off the way I expected. At times I felt defeated. My greatest learning at the time was to take responsibility and own my challenge. I had not marketed to the right audience. My salon was in the Financial District in Boston and my efforts should have been targeting people who worked there, instead of offering discounts to customers who had zero reason to be in the Financial District. Once I started targeting businesses (through client connections and building that community) we started to see incredible growth. Standing out in a crowded market can feel overwhelming, especially when you're building a brand from scratch. I remember how important it was to find ways to make my salon’s story unique, even when resources were limited. When I opened my salon doors in 2012, we had limited tech tools (I was using GoDaddy, Square and salon software called Rosy, at the time) and none of them were integrated or natively helped build your online presence with branding and storytelling. discounts through sign up forms - turning on and off

Hi everyone! I am Jennifer Koski-Vacirca, a graphic designer/illustrator who just launched my shopify store, The Illustrated Empath 7 days ago at www.theillustratedempath.com. This is very exciting and I feel Klaviyo is already the right choice! So I appreciate in advance your assistance with this question…. I think while building my store I may have created too many pop up sign up forms (by accident) offering 10% OFF when you sign up with your email for notifications/newsletters. The codes are good for 30 days. The question is: Can I turn one pop up off ? What if a customer already has that code and is waiting to use it closer to Black Friday…...If I turn one of the pop ups off, will the customer still be able to use a code they have already received? I don’t want to annoy customers with too many popups. I just want one. I want them to be able to use their discount after I turn one off. Thanks in advance :) Jennifer
