I am so happy you found this group. I’m Stephen, Senior Community Specialist here at Klaviyo. I started my working career as a hairstylist building my customer base 1 person at a time. I had no experience in marketing let alone running a business. I eventually opened my own salon for 13 years and grew not only my own book of clients but a team of 10 stylists as well.

This was when I knew what my purpose was, helping other entrepreneurs in any way that I can. This purpose eventually lead me to Klaviyo.

I know how valuable your investment of time, money and energy is to your businesses. This is why I am excited to support this group of entrepreneurs. This group is all about supporting entrepreneurial minds like yours, helping you drive your brand’s growth, and connecting you with like-minded innovators. 🚀

Whether you’re new to Klaviyo or a seasoned pro, this space is designed for sharing insights, exchanging ideas, and getting the most out of your marketing and customer data. Don't hesitate to ask questions, share wins, or seek advice—we’re here to build each other up!

A few ways to get started:

  • Join a Discussion: Jump into ongoing conversations around marketing strategies, growth hacks, and the latest trends in ecommerce. Ask questions, share advice, or get feedback on your own strategies.
  • Connect with Peers: Build relationships with other entrepreneurs and share your experiences. Networking here could open up new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Share Your Wins: Have a recent success using Klaviyo? Share your story! This is a great way to inspire others and get the recognition your hard work deserves.

The best way for you to learn and grow is to get involved. Let’s start with something easy. In the thread below, please share:

  1. Who you are and your business
  2. How long you’ve been in business
  3. What kind of support do you need to help your business grow OR what kind of support can you offer to your fellow entrepreneurs

Create your own post:

Within the group, start crowdsourcing feedback and ideas, or ask a question that will help unlock the potential of your business.

  1. From the community homepage you can navigate to the Entrepreneur Group from the menu at the top of the page
  2. Once in the group, click “+New Post”
  3. Select the appropriate option if you have a question for the group or conversation about a topic that impacts entrepreneurs.
  4. Create an engaging title and start writing. We are all here to support and uplift each other.

Get ready to unleash your brand’s potential! 🦅 We can't wait to see how your business grows with the collaboration and support of your peers!

I love what you are doing with this community. I am Lisa, with EKO, and eco-conscious lifestyle brand. We bridge the gap between self care and sustainablilty, with a touch of style. I love Klaviyo and how it caters to small businesses. However, we are a mom and daughter duo doing all of the things.

I look forward to meeting new business owners and gaining a better understanding of Klaviyo. You all are constantly adding new features (which I love) and sometimes it’s hard to keep up. My goal is get more automations set up and to increase email conversionss by 30% within the next 60 days.

Thank you for always keeping informed and providing the tools to make our jobs a little easier.😊

Hi, Rob here, founder of Axcadmy am- a Toronto based Blacksmith School - we focus primarily on axe and knife making workshops.  I’m relatively new to klaviyo (former mailchimp user).  Looking forward to connecting with and learning from other folks in the group.

we’ve been operating for 5 years now (covid shut down the first 18 months) Yup, I launched a business 1 month before covid hit.   We’ve had over 1000 people come through making axes and we’re currently doing as much brand awareness campaigns as possible.

cheers,

Rob

Hi, I’m Shannon, the founder/Chief Pampering Officer of A Girl’s Gotta Spa!, a vegan and Leaping Bunny certified body care brand in the US (northeast PA.) Additionally, all of the perfumes are tied to benefit a non-profit that supports survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and sex trafficking. It’s a personal mission, being a domestic violence survivor myself.

I’m a solopreneur, so I rely heavily on Klaviyo’s teachings and watching lots of YouTube videos, and any tips from fellow entrepreneurs. I’m not great with email, but hoping I am able to offer some of my other knowledge that I’ve picked up over the last 19 years.

Looking forward to connecting.

@EKO - I love the mother-daughter duo! I’m a mother to a 15 month old and I would love to work with her in the future! 😄 Thanks for the feedback on the new features, definitely a lot to stay on top of when you’re wearing so many hats - we do have a what’s new page that you can subscribe to so you get everything in your inbox too, check that out!

@Axcadmy - wow blacksmithing? That is so cool that you are keeping the ancient craft alive. I love making things (big into crochet, embroidery, etc.)

@Shannon_agirlsgottaspa - Chief Pampering Officer is so clever! I’ll let my friends on the Klaviyo academy team know about your feedback, they are always adding new content to our youtube channel. Thank you for sharing your story ❤️
