Whether your list has gone quiet heading on the cusp of Q4 or you haven't built your offer and flows yet, this session is about getting your account BFCM-ready from wherever you're starting. Omer is coaching a small group through two things that come up constantly this time of year: warming up a list that's gone cold before the volume spike hits, and sequencing your BFCM plan — offer, flows, timing — when you're starting from close to scratch.

How it works

The first 20 minutes are Omer sharing what actually works on these two fronts, then it's open floor for your specific account and where you're stuck.
