Hello Klaviyo community,I’m having a problem one of my clients woo commerce website. I integrate perfectly and all the metrics working. But in integration Klaviyo showing me that sync failed. Could you please tell me what the point I’m missing? It’s synced only 50% and the rest is not syncing.
Looking for someone with experience using Zapier and Klaviyo property lists/arrays Klaviyo stores a custom property as a list if the values are surrounded by square brackets []So I can easily transfer a value from Zapier into Klaviyo as a list by putting square brackets around the Zapier value.But I’m thinking about the best way to update an existing property list in Klaviyo with more items. For example, if I find the contact with Zapier’s Klaviyo search action, I can retrieve their profile property liste.g. [Item 1,Item 2,Item 3]Then I could use Zapier formatter to remove each square bracket (2 steps)Then use the Zapier Klaviyo update action to bring in the old items plus the new item, and re-enclose them with square brackets:e.g. [Item 1,Item 2,Item 3,NEW ITEM] I’m just wondering if this is the best way to do this (adds 2 Zapier actions each time), or if there is a more streamlined way I’m missing.
Hi guys! I recently tried to set up the abandoned cart flow but the coding does not seem to be working!I followed the guide but when I went back to Klaviyo to set the flow up, it was still saying it needed setting up. Can anyone help me see where I’ve gone wrong? Thanks D
Hi, I am looking to launch a new rewards program for the baby toothbrush company I work for but I am having problems pulling in all the field data from the 'create account' page into Klaviyo. It only pulls in the customer firstname, surname, dob, account creation, email address and if they accept marketing - which is great but for some reason it doesn't pull in the child's name or dob when the form is submitted. I've even added script that Klaviyo provided so the fields will link with our custom properties, but still no luck. How do I pull this data into the Klaviyo? and what is the best way to do it? Hi all, I’m trying to set up a back in stock flow on my clients shopify website.The theme is “Venue” - I see via other threads it is possible to set this up.I have followed all instructions in the Klaviyo guide, added the marketing opt-in and changed the button colour from blue to black, however the option to register for back in stock notifications is not showing on the product page.Any guidance appreciated please
There is some problem with Klaviyo Abundant cart email flow. It is sending emails to customers who have already placed the order. This is quite concerning for me as customers are placing orders again in confusion and are also reaching out to us on support platform. It was working well few days back. What i am currently testing is that i am making a new flow from scratch and testing it if it is sending the emails again to placed orders customers or not. I have checked the sync and integration is working well. I received a notification on klaviyo that “Your WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed” However later it was working well and it shows checked marked in any flow i create. I cannot re-sync or integrate again right now from scratch as i have some missing orders and i have only klaviyo platform to check what product they ordered. Please suggest.
We have a client on WooCommerce who has heard that the Klaviyo integration can be glitchy.Furthermore, it looks like they may need to use the Legacy API rather than the newer REST API. If you have any background on the limitations of the Legacy API, that would be helpful as well. Has anyone else been using the WooCommerce x Klaviyo integration and have any insights to share?
Looking for help with some integrations and automations. Hopefully someone has encountered something similar before. My client sells courses through teachable. I need to create a buyer segment in Klaviyo (Different tags for different courses) by using Zapier and connecting both platforms. What’s the best way to do that? It’s a bit unclear how to differentiate between course types in Zapier and Teachable. The trigger options are a bit confusing and I’m not sure which to use:New Sale triggers regardless if it’s paid or free, which is a problem, since I need these users in separate segments. New Transaction triggers whenever someone pays, but if it’s a payment plan, it triggers again every time. Also not ideal. (Although if the action is “Update profile”, maybe it could work. New Enrollement triggers when someone enrolls in a course. Same problem as with the sale, how do you differentiate between courses? Let’s say I figure out which trigger to use, how do I add them into a buyer segmen
I'm coding an upsell flow, and warranties are what we're upselling. We're using Clyde (https://hiclyde.sb.hiclyde.com/). However, I can't find the "link" event variable in the Klaviyo code editor to populate the dynamic link correctly in the messages (we'd like the product image and a CTA button to link to Clyde). There's not much information about Clyde integration online (not even on their support website). Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks!
I’m using shopify and I made email templates in klaviyo since I don’t really like the default notification email’s from shopify. I made a confirmation email so when a customer orders from my store they’ll get their order details. In the button block in the image below where it says Link URL, I want the customer to go straight to the shopify order status page like in the second image below. I can’t seem to find the URL. Help will be appreciated? Second image Has a fake name and address I got it from google as an example.

Hello.I have a couple of woo sites. One works well with Klaviyo, and one will not work despite my best efforts. The woocommerce integration fails on historical sync.Klaviyo tech support have helped narrow down a few things:It’s not a plugin (turned them all off) It’s not a permalink issue (rebuilt permalinks) It’s not a user-agent being blocked by my hostThey think its due to an error of unknown type on a product page.I can’t see any errors on any product pages, and Woo’s not flagging anything as out of normal order.The error generated when attempting a historical sync is “Invalid JSON: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)” and indeed, the content is HTML.The traceback provided by Klaviyo tech support doesn’t point at anything in particular on my site being a problem.Basically, I think I need a developer who knows Woocommerce and Klaviyo integrations. Anyone recommend someone they trust?

I am currently using Pics.io for my Brand (Digital) Asset Manager. It would be amazing to be able to integrate that library with Klaviyo since Klaviyo is so behind in Asset Management. It can even be some of the others DAM systems. But anything to be able to manage assets other than what Klaviyo has now.
Hi, I originally was using Klyavio and had it synced with my Shopify store. I recently re-branded and changed my domain/email/etc. Suddenly Klaviyo asked me to sync up my accounts which I did. When I re synced everything to integrate suddenly my over 80+ email subscribers dropped to only 57, all my old campaigns are gone, my flows are also all gone, my saved email templates are gone. I’m devastated and do not know how to fix this or recover my original email subscribers or recover any of my flows, campaigns, and pretty much everything.Is there a way to un-sync or recover what I lost? So I have a domain with a sub domain. the sub domain is the only one running woocommerce and sales. the main domain is informational only. can i use klaivyo with the same public key on both for forms, pop ups, etc., and then just have the wordpress linked to the subdomain?

Hi,I am unable to resynch magento 2 integration for some reason. I clicked magento 2 on the integration page but instead of taking me to the page to resync with my magento 2 website it ended up timing out and showing the time out error page: I can confirm that all of the other integrations worked, it was just magento 2 that seem to have issues loading so I can resync.
Is there a way to connect/integrate Klaviyo with our CRM Software (SAP)?In addition to our online sales, our idea is to follow up our offline sales with emails (Cross-sell flow | Reviews Flow | Customer vs. Non-Customer Flow | Remind People to Purchase Flow, etc.).I guess the quickest way is to export off line sales onto a spreadsheet file that will be connected to Klaviyo automatically.
