Hi

I’m not seeing any “Placed Order” data since beginning of the month when looking in Klavyio->Analytics->Metrics.

We do have orders on a daily basis of course.

Does the automatic integration with Klaviyo shows orders only if they were done through an email marketing? or does it suppose to track ALL stores’ orders,regardless where the order originated from?

Welcome to the community @Efrat 

Yes, Klaviyo captures all WooC orders irrespective of the source.

Are you seeing other WooC metrics OK e.g started checkout?

Thank you. I am seeing other metrics such as started-checkout..it stopped tracking 'placed order' beginning of the month…

Shall I use "resync data" that imports all the data again?

Hi @Efrat 

As you say that you stopped seeing place order events after a specific date, has anything changed on your website prior to that date and is WooC and the Klaviyo plugin up-to-date?

I also came across this thread which is a bit old but may have some other steps you can take if you do not have access to Klaviyo support.
