This post contain resources related to our live training >Interactive workshop] Build your BFCM audiences (for entrepreneurs and small business owners). Whether you attended the training live or you’re simply interested in the topic, you’ve come to the right place!
Check out the training recording below:
During this session, we:
- Utilized our reference sheet to create multiple BFCM segments*
- Built essential segments to include in your Cyber Weekend sending strategy (highly engaged, VIPS, bargain hunters, window shoppers)
- Built 1 segment to exclude from your Cyber Weekend sending strategy
*Important note: This reference sheet has been updated from its original format.*
Three changes have been made:
- The unengaged audience segment has been updated to include the condition: “What someone has (or has not done) → Received email is at least 20 over all time”
- The unengaged audience segment has been updated to all “AND” statements to pull in only the individuals who are not engaging with us at all
- We have simplified the marketing conditions needed for each segment. You no longer need to include the condition: “If someone is in or not in a list,” due to recent changes in the Klaviyo platform. You only need to include the condition: “If someone can or cannot receive marketing → can receive email marketing → Because person: subscribed”
