I’m trying to integrate my Shopify with Klaviyo, and it’s not working out so far. When I enter my correct Shopify url I get an error message saying “Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable.”

I can log into my Shopify account, so I know nothing is wrong on that end.

Anything I might be missing?

Checking in to see if you were able to resolve this issue! This error typically pops up when you are inputting the incorrect Shopify URL. Please note, this URL should not be your public facing URL. It should be your Shopify URL that ends with ‘myshopify.com’

It's likely that you're using an incorrect URL. Make sure to use the correct URL. You can also check out the Klaviyo guide for this.

Hi @folknature! In the event that your Shopify URL is correct, I would also check to make sure that you have all of the necessary Shopify permissions – it’s very possible that if you don’t have the correct permissions for integrating apps. Hope one of these answers is the right one!
