I’m building a webpage and using Klaviyo’s embedded form. However, the form does not show up when I open the page normally—it only appears in incognito mode.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

From what you describe it sounds like you have the form configured to not show to your Klaviyo cookied browser That would explain why it appears OK incognito (no cookie).
The quickest way to check is to clear your browser cookies in a NON-incognito session. Does the form then appear OK?
Also check your embedded form under “Targeting and behavior” » “Targeting”. Is your test profile (the one cookied in your browser) in a list or segment that’s excluded from seeing the form or not in a list or segment that is allowed to see the form?

I’m having the same issue.
I have Targeting selected “Show to every visitor”. I clear my cache/cookies and still can’t see it in regular browser. It’s only showing up in Incognito.
Are there any next steps I can try to get this fixed?
