I have a flow set up for buyers of a specific product but when the first 15 customers purchased only 1 email was in the flow. Now there are 5 and I want those first 15 customers to be able to get these 4 new emails.
I created a segment based on who did not receive the 2nd email in the original flow, cloned the flow, changed the trigger to the newly created segment and removed the first email that they did receive, but even though the correct 15 customers show up in sample profiles under the trigger, there are no profiles waiting to receive the emails in the flow.
I tried to add past profiles but nothing happened. None of the profiles have dynamic codes and the flow has no filter so I don’t understand why the correct profiles are showing up when I preview the trigger but none of them are in line to get any of the emails.

Great job setting this up - this is exactly what I would recommend. Is there a chance that these emails were added to the flow but then skipped from the flow email? Here is our guide for identifying skipped profiles within a flow: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260805003210 !
Let me know if you are seeing them in the Skipped bucket and we can go from there.
