We plan to launch 10 new languages soon, however, we have over 100 different flow messages that we need to translate.

Is there a way to export flow messages with the klaviyo API, translate them (via Claude) and import those messages again?

If yes, could anyone point us to the documentation and/or give instructions on how to do it?

As far as I know it’s only possible to export them to CSV (right now).

I already started testing with the Claude Connector if I can get the translations over there into Claude and it seems promising.

So maybe worth looking into to see if it then can also push new languages back (I didn’t want to go that far as I am not planning adding a fourth language right now) but if you enable more languages in klaviyo and then ask Claude to give you all of those, translate for the missing languages and then push back, you might still have to do it for 100 emails but could still be way easier than going into klaviyo for every single one.
