We have recently noticed, that all of our coupons have expired, due to “1 year after adding” was set as an expiration date by default. We had previously set no expiration date on purpose, as we control the expiration outside of Klaviyo.

When re-adding the unused Coupons nothing happens and they stay expired. Is there any way to reactivate them?

Hi @Aram Becker ,

I don’t know if there is a way to change the default expiration date - for some reason, all uploaded coupons seem to expire 1 year from uploading. When I have unused codes at the end of the year, I export them, and then re-import them into a “new” coupon; then they are valid for another year. This would require you to update the coupon name in the emails/SMS messages you are currently using, but other than that it should work.
Let me know if you have any questions!
