Can Klaviyo send placed order and order fulfilled emails?

Hi there,

I have a Shopify and want to know if it’s possible to send the order confirmation and order fulfilled emails through Klaviyo instead of using the standard email provided by Shopify?

For the order fulfilled email the order tracking number (that is added to Shopify) will need to be included as well.

Can anyone offer any help/advice?

Yes, you can definitely send these emails through Klaviyo! Navigate to your Flows tab in your Account > Browse Ideas (top right hand corner) and if you type in order confirmation and fulfilled shipment, pre-made flows should pop up!
