Is it possible to search profiles by organization? I have a lot of wholesale accounts and don’t always have the email address or first name handy. But when I search for the business name, nothing shows up in the search results.

Although Klaviyo’s global search function is useful in searching for specific profiles by emails or campaigns and flows with specific keywords, searching by an organization property is not supported.
Instead, you could always create a segment to help in achieving your goal in identifying profiles who are a part of a specific organization. This can be done by using the segment rule “Properties about someone, Organization equals X”.
