I want to create a segment, where the user Started a Checkout with Product X, but never purchased product X. I then can use this segment to market them on Facebook and Send strategic Emails to push them over the edge into purchasing the product.
Can you tell me if this Segment definition is correct? In the example MKSensation Xtreme and MKSENSATIONX are the same product.
