Dynamic Personalization If/Then
I’d like to add dynamic content to campaigns in a post purchase customer flow, and I’m not quite sure how to do it. Here are more details:
- Subject line: If someone recently purchased xyz product, I want the subject line to recommend xyz product that pairs well with their recent order. For example... The Jeans pair perfectly with your new sweater!
- Email body: Similarly, if their recent order wax xyz, I want to show a specific recommended product picture, title, and brief description of the recommended product. For example…
