email blocks are different from the one I edited in my email

I designed a mail, then sent a test mail to myself and noticed that the email had blocks that I had removed.

So I'm asking, is there anything like "default" template that will always appear even if you redo the body of your email with other blocks

Thank you @alex.hong, what happened was that I had a block that was only set for mobile, so when I open the email on desktop, I won’t see it. But when I check the mail on my mobile, I would see the block. So it’s sorted out now.

Thank you for your time.

Hi there @Mg_Raph,

Welcome to the Community! Thanks for posting your question here and hope to work together on this.

If there are product blocks or event data that is not loaded or found in your account, then there would just be a default. Are you previewing on Outlook by chance? Also, could you provide a screenshot of expected behavior vs what you are seeing on your end so we can better tackle the root of the problem?

Thank you!
Alex
