I did a giveaway with other businessess and when people signed up they agreed to be added to our email list. I uploaded the list to my Shopify site but I had to go and manually mark that the person was subscribed. On Klaviyo, it only sends a welcome email if they sign up by a pop up box. How do I change this or upload my list?

You can add subscribers to your list via a CSV file upload. Once they are added to the list that triggers the welcome series they should automatically start moving through the flow. The article i attached will walk you through the process and how to make sure your CSV file is formatted correctly!
