Exclude unengaged segment when sending emails
I would like to ask, is it okay if I exclude unengaged segment while sending emails without suppress the contact?

It is completely okay to exclude your unengaged segment without suppressing the contact. Just keep in mind that these contacts will still count towards your active profile limit. As your list continues to grow you may want to suppress your unengaged contacts to help maintain your active profile limit. Here are some additional community post that i think will help:
