Filter by choice of answer on Facebook leads form?

Hello,

I have a Facebook lead form that is linked to Klavio. One of the form questions is a YES/NO selection type. I was wondering if I could filter a flow of SMS to be sent only to people who answered YES?

Thank you,

T

Hi there @T_Sidany,

Thanks for sharing on the Community. Great question.

It is definitely possible to do what you've described as part of a flow, you can start a flow and then create a conditional split with conditions like this (and set a specific amount of time to wait before checking for response/no response):
?name=inline-1953420074.png
Note that the message body only checks for case sensitive exact matches, so you may want to include other variations of Yes (i.e. YES, yes, etc.)

For more information about custom keywords and creating flows based on an inbound message, check out this article.

Hope that helped!
