Help! My Klaviyo Certificate Is Under The Wrong Name

Hi Klaviyo Team,

For some unkown reason, I am unable to access the help center. My Klaviyo Certificate is under the wrong name, will it be possible to change it?

WIth respect to the Klaviyo certificate. I assume you’re referring to the Klaviyo Certification through the Academy? If so, the Academy will pull the name directly from your Klaviyo account. So, after logging into your Klaviyo account, if you navigate to the top-right-hand corner, click on your profile picture > Account > Contact Information > Personal you can update the name located at the bottom there which will subsequently update the name on the certification. Please give this 5-10 minutes to update.

In terms of the help center access, can you elaborate on what occurs when you try to access it? That will help us get to the root of the issue.
